📬 Mail-In Instructions:

1. Copy your match video onto an SD card or USB drive
2. Place it in a padded envelope with your name and email inside
3. Mail to the address we'll send you after you submit this form
4. We'll analyze your video and mail your storage device back within 3 business days

Note: Mail-in delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on shipping. We'll email your report as soon as analysis is complete.

📍 Local Drop-Off:

We'll contact you at the email you provided to arrange a convenient drop-off time and location in the Sacramento area. Please bring your phone, SD card, USB drive, or camera — we'll handle the video transfer.

Note: A $15 convenience fee applies for local drop-off. Your report will be ready within 24 hours of drop-off.
