Can I upload my video directly to you without using my own account?

Yes — we have a direct Dropbox upload link that lets you upload your video straight to us with no account needed. Just select "Upload directly to our Dropbox" on the submission form, click the upload link, enter your name, and select your video file. It's the simplest option available and works on any device.
What if I'm not comfortable with Google Drive or Dropbox?

No problem at all. You have several options: WeTransfer (wetransfer.com) is the simplest — no account needed, just upload and send. You can also mail us your SD card or USB drive to Jordan Boyls (AnalyzeMyTennis.com), c/o Gold River Sports Club, 2201 Gold Rush Dr, Gold River, CA 95670 — we'll return it with your report within 3 business days. Sacramento area players can also arrange a local drop-off — just select that option on the submission form and we'll coordinate directly.
How long does it take to receive my report?

Basic reports are delivered within 24 hours of video submission. Premium and Elite reports are prioritized and delivered within 12 hours. You'll receive your report by email.
What video format do I need?

Any standard video format works — MP4, MOV, AVI. You can record on any phone or camera. Just upload your video to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us. No special equipment needed.
Do I need SwingVision or special equipment?

No — any match video works. A phone propped up at the back fence or a friend recording from the side gives us everything we need. The clearer the video the more detail we can provide, but there are no equipment requirements.
Can you analyze doubles matches?

Yes — we analyze both singles and doubles. For doubles, let us know which player you are in the video and we'll focus the analysis on your positioning, net coverage, partnership coordination, and doubles-specific tactics.
What skill level is this for?

All levels — from beginners picking up the game to competitive tournament players. The analysis and recommendations are tailored to your specific skill level so the feedback is always relevant and actionable for where you are right now.
Can I use this alongside my current coach?

Absolutely — that's exactly how it's designed to be used. AnalyzeMyTennis is not a replacement for your coach, it's a resource you bring to your coaching sessions. Share your report with your coach and use it as a foundation for your practice sessions.
How do I share my video?

Upload your video to Google Drive or Dropbox. Right click the file → Share → change access to "Anyone with the link can view" → copy the link and paste it into your submission form. That's it.
